i have a large 2 bed ground floor flat, private gardens to back and front .two two lock ups aswell. front room has built in cupboard and of good size the main bedroom again is large the smaller room had a built in cupboard g.s.h and double glazed. has built in cables for broad band ect and sky dish.kitchen has built in cupoards and again large storage space aswell. it has a shower room as well. dont be mistaken by the outside of my home. its big inside.its a ground floor flat with two bedrooms, standard size bathroom with resonable fitted kitchen quite new. fully central heated in a quiet cul de sac. 9 years lived here. very peaceful and good neighbours.theres private parking for residents and a COMMUNAL garden. just 5 minutes away from, schools, doctors,dentist and transports. areas prefered are; hendon,willesden,cricklewood near c11 bus route east and north dulwich part of lambeth tulse hill,hern hill,woodfood, gants hill,highgate, hornsey,harringay and walthamstow on towards woodfood. however please contact me even if your areas not mentioned. you never know. prefered property, victorian house flat convertion or a larger (2) bedrooms flat or if you have a one bedroom conversion BUT with an (EXtra) room as a (dining room) and with another room as a sitting room which would replace another bedroom. in other words a seperate dinning room and a seperate sitting room. i am not interested in tottenham or buildings containing more than 2 floors. i hate heights and i dont like outside balconys in front of the flat door entrance. would like a garden but i am not partial.
