A lovely large 4 bed house in a lovely quiet area of runcorn right next to the town park which has a minutre railway ad a ski slope.
close to all amienaties, great area.
House has a lovely living room and a new fitted kitchen and separte dining room, which has patio doors leading on to a decking area which has a glass roof over it, lovely through out the year.
