we have a lovely one bed bungalow in the country,with lovely rurual settings,and with lovely country walks.We are 1 mile from the A47 and beetween 3/5 miles to norwich city centre,we have a large garden which is 70x30 and has recently been re-landscaped and has just had all NEW fencing put up all round the garden,we have parking for 2 cars.The kitchen is 17x6x6 and has a small untility for a extra fridge/freezer ect.kitchen has newly been fitted with all new cupboards ect.frontroom is 15x18 and had new carpets fitted,we also have a brick fireplace and have double glazing.bedroom is 12x12 has also had new carpets fitted and has large built in wardrobe.hall is 8x3foot6.bathroom is 7x7 and had new bath and sink fitted plus new lino put down.whole house has been recently redecorated.we are looking to get to cornwall to be near our daughter who is suffering from ill health and not from neighbour,and we are willing to introduce people to our really lovely neighbours if required.we need a
