    We have 2 bed terraced house in mostly rural area. The land is owened by the National Trust, which means it will not be built on! We are 20 min from Plymouth, 30 min from Looe, there is a regular bus sevice to Tavisock, and Callington and Plymouth. There is also very good infant and primary school with in the village. The village is also served well with the local Post Ofice. The house as very recently been fitted with double glazing and doors. It also as fairly recently decorated.
