Great three bedroomed house in the sought after village of Seafield. Seafield offers a real sense of living in a semi rural location but with Livingston and Bathgate only a few minutes drive away. I am situated in an excellent location for commuters to both glasgow and edinburgh. Also regular bus service to all surrounding areas of west lothian. Recent re-decoration has been done, walk in condition, willing to leave fixtures & fittings for the right move if necessary. Would welcome a 3 or 4 way swap. We also have an award winning local nursery/primary school only 2 streets away and i have always been very comfortable with my children at this school. The only reason i want to leave seafield is because the children are getting bigger and i would like to live somewhere with a high street. exchange 2 bdroom for large 2 or 3 bdroom
I live in block of 6 and live on 1st floor in flat in muirhouse park. Quiet area and lovely neighbours shared backgreen with drying area. Schools 10 min walk near shops and bus routes leading to city centre. 20 min bus run into town 5 mins from park and large playing field.
currently decorating neautral colours carpeted throught out. Large kitchen with laminate floor style lino which is also in bathroom.
1 single room with walk in wardrobes and 1 very large double bedroom.
Combi boiler with gas central heating and double glazing through out.
Looking to swap to a 2 bedroom with 2 double bedrooms or a 3 bedrooms as not enough room for mine and my wee boy and girls stuff.would prefer 3 so they have there own room but willing to take 2 if large enough and area is quiet.
Not too fussed about area as long as its quiet for kids and has field close to walk my dog.
