    Hello, I have a 2 bed, ground floor maisonette in a cul-de-sac in Little Waltham Chelmsford and I am looking for a mutual exchange to a property the other side of town. I am looking to move as close to Moulsham Infants school as possible. I have my own front door and driveway with space for 2 cars. The lady above me has her door and driveway the other side of the building. The only thing that we share is the garden which she rarely uses and has a shed in that is for my use. I have lived here for approx 2.5 years and I have only seen the lady upstairs twice. Little Waltham is a lovely area with lots of fields near by whilst still only being 5 miles from the centre of Chelmsford and an even shorter drive to the A12, Springfield, Boreham and Great Waltham. There are golf courses, churches, doctors, playing fields, a park, school, play school, mother and toddler group, pubs and a sports hall all within a few minutes’ walk from my home. This really is a lovely area and property and the only reason I want to move is to try and get my son into Moulsham infant’s school when he starts as my mum looks after him while I work and she can only pick up from Moulsham as she is a childminder.     We live in a 3 bedroom semi detached house in Noak Hill, Essex. We are currently located in a quiet area, on a small road with fantastic access to public transport. The nearest train station (Harold Wood) is 10 minutes away on the bus routes 256 and 294. We are close to shops and local primary and secondary schools, with the nearest town (Romford) only 30 minutes away on bus routes. There are two double rooms and a single room, all of which are able to comfortably accommodate beds and furniture. There is one bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Downstairs there is a large kitchen diner, and a spacious living room. We also have a large back garden, small front garden and own drive. The garden gate is at the side of the house, there is no shared alleyway with any neighbours. The house is gas central heated, double glazed and has recently had the loft insulated. We would ideally like to move to somewhere like Orsett, Tiptree or Brentwood, all in Essex. Other areas will be considered. House must be three bedrooms as I have two daughters aged 10 and 19 who for obvious reasons, can’t share a room.
