    We have a 3 bedroom semi detatched house, Georgian Style house.Was a privately owned house in private area but was sold to Havering Council. We have a garage, conservatory upstairs and downstairs toilet, medium size garden which backs on to small woodland and farmland beyond that. We would not be moving if it wasn,t for the fact that we have two daughters who live in Colchester and we would like to live near them.     Hi i have a 3 bedroomed semi-detatched house with driveway in a quiet area of South Lowestoft. I am a 10 minute walk away from shops( Co-op, Bakers, newsagents, One stop).For the main shops in town( Littlewoods,M&S,Asda,Iceland) and many more which is a 15 min walk or a short bus ride(buses very frequent).The beach which has a blue flag for cleanliness is also near town which is walkable.I have a large lounge and diner with seperate kitchen downstairs.Newly decorated and wooden floors in neutral colours.     We live in a 3 bedroom semi detached house in Noak Hill, Essex. We are currently located in a quiet area, on a small road with fantastic access to public transport. The nearest train station (Harold Wood) is 10 minutes away on the bus routes 256 and 294. We are close to shops and local primary and secondary schools, with the nearest town (Romford) only 30 minutes away on bus routes. There are two double rooms and a single room, all of which are able to comfortably accommodate beds and furniture. There is one bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Downstairs there is a large kitchen diner, and a spacious living room. We also have a large back garden, small front garden and own drive. The garden gate is at the side of the house, there is no shared alleyway with any neighbours. The house is gas central heated, double glazed and has recently had the loft insulated. We would ideally like to move to somewhere like Orsett, Tiptree or Brentwood, all in Essex. Other areas will be considered. House must be three bedrooms as I have two daughters aged 10 and 19 who for obvious reasons, can’t share a room. I would prefer a house that is semi detached but I’m open to offers from all who wish to exchange. No time wasters please, we would like to move as soon as possible.
