i currently live in a 2 bedroomed house in scarborough area and looking for a three.my house is recently decorated and has a new bathroom and kitchen which are both lovely,liveing room area is of a standard size as are both bedrooms and bathroom,fully double glazed and central heated with new elecrtic fire in the liveing room,the garden is huge consisting of large front back and size garden all hedge enclosed with lots of potential for drive area-garage ect....the garden is well maitained in the summer months.the house is situated close to both a secondary school and three primary schools and is within walking distance to local shopping area and bus routes to the main town center.

3 Bed House Nr Thrnton Le Dale, Pickering + Scarborough
We live in a 3 bed house(1 is a small box room), with large enclosed rear garden and medium sized front garden.
We also have an out house in rear garden.
We have upstairs bathroom and loo and down stairs loo.
We also have a boarded out loft with pull down ladder which adds lots of storage space.
We don't have a dining room however our kitchen is large enough for a table and chairs.
We have lovely neighbours both sides too, which I think is important.
Our Village is called Ebberston 5 miles from Thornon Le Dale near pickering and 11 miles from Scarborough.
The lane we live down only has 2 housing estate properties and the rest private so not at all like an Estate (nice views).
The bottom of the lane both ends has a lovely stream and some nice walks accross fields.
The village only has a pub that serves food a village Hall a play park a church and a cricket club.The nearest shop is 3 miles.We do most of our shopping in scarborough or pickering.The village is nice and picturesque.
We need to be closer to my family in Hull but still need the countryside so something like Driffield, Beverley,Holme on Spalding Moor market weighton,hornsea,brough outskirts of york would suit us.Will consider most areas closer to Hull than we are currently.

Colchester to York
Hi, I have a very large 3 bed house in Colchester, with huge gardens, front garden with driveway, fenced off, side garden patiod with huge shed, massive back garden with patio area, 6ft fence - suitable for pets, I have none. Beautiful plants and trees. Wooden fitted kitchen with 15 cupboards and modern mosaic tiling, lovely newly tiled floor, room for large dining table and appliances. Large dining room, beautifully decorated with plastered walls, dado rail, fancy architrave and laminate flooring, nice glass panelled door. Upstairs, brand new brown carpets throughout, 2 large bedrooms, 1 small but not tiny, plastered - with blinds and silver curtain rails. Large storage cupboard upstairs and under stair cupboard downstairs. Toilet downstairs recently decorated, bathroom has new vinyl, toilet, shower, with screen. This house is very private and at the edge of an estate, the street is a cul-de-sac and it really is the most beautiful house I've ever lived in. I have a lovely neighbour. Lots of car parking opposite and field opposite with lovely view, all around you have complete privacy. Sadly my family are all in York and I am looking for a similar house which is in a similar, (very good) state, with a large closed off garden. I cannot move until August 7th, as this is when I have lived in the house for a year - but I am 100% sure of moving and would like to find a nice house in advance. Am not sure of council tax rate as I get a rebate.

TWO Bedroom House from Holme on Spalding Moor, East Yorkshire to 2 bed ANYWHERE considered.
We have a two double size bedroom modern town house at the rural large village location of Holme on Spalding Moor, in East Yorkshire.
We are looking for a one to three bedroom house, ground or first floor flat/masionette or bungalow, in any nice area. Can be city/town or rural, just ask us.
Our house consists of a large through living room, medium sized kitchen with recently fitted cupboards etc. The house has plenty of storage cupboards built in. seperate bathroom with overhead shower, and toilet, two large bedrooms.
The rear garden is fully enclosed, medium size with a brick built dry shed for storage. The front is grassed open plan into the cul-de-sac, where there is ample parking. Just over the street are council garages which can be rented, and then onto playing fields and farmland with many public footpaths.
The village has most ammenities, including schools, doctors, chemist, shops butchers, bakers, take aways, cash machines, petrol station, post office, garages for car repairs etc.
There is also two main bus routes to York and Market Weighton for connections to Hull and Beverley.
