Wanted 3 bed rural property
We have a three bed good sized mid terraced home. The back garden is at least 50ft long by 22ft. We have fenced a sitting area off with stone chips and paving.
The living room is a good size and has a enclosed coal fuelled fire.
There are three double bedrooms the front room being the largest of the three. (we have a kingsized bed and large double wardrobe and still have space to walk about!)
There is a downstairs bathroom and an understairs cupboard.
The kitchen is a good size and we have a small round table at the far side.
The kitchen and bathroom have been replaced by the council in Aug 2009 as part of their upgrades also the coal fire is only 7 months old.
Double glazing throughtout and there is a spacious loft.
