    We have a two double size bedroom modern town house at the rural large village location of Holme on Spalding Moor, in East Yorkshire. We are looking for a one to three bedroom house, ground or first floor flat/masionette or bungalow, in any nice area. Can be city/town or rural, just ask us. Our house consists of a large through living room, medium sized kitchen with recently fitted cupboards etc. The house has plenty of storage cupboards built in. seperate bathroom with overhead shower, and toilet, two large bedrooms. The rear garden is fully enclosed, medium size with a brick built dry shed for storage. The front is grassed open plan into the cul-de-sac, where there is ample parking. Just over the street are council garages which can be rented, and then onto playing fields and farmland with many public footpaths. The village has most ammenities, including schools, doctors, chemist, shops butchers, bakers, take aways, cash machines, petrol station, post office, garages for car repairs etc. There is also two main bus routes to York and Market Weighton for connections to Hull and Beverley.     here is my details: i live in sheffield , i have large 1 bed room close to tesco , G.P , library , swimming pool , caffe-shop , news egent , bus stop , and tram stop , 15 min walk to the city center and univercity and hospital , 10 floor , frindly neighbours , 2 lift , and only 4 flat in each floor , some times you see 20 flat in each floor , but as i said ONLY 4 FLAT in the floor, central heating , double glazing , balcon , nice views .

    I will consider any area, anywhere for the right property. I need to get to Brampton, Near Carlisle in Cumbria. I need a house with a garden, 2 or 3 bedrooms. I have a 2 bed semi-detached house in Rossington, Doncaster DN11 0AU. There is a Bus stop nearly outside to Doncaster town centre (about 20 min), where I have to say, is the best market and shops I have ever seen and I am from London! It is a really great place to live and the people are so friendly and kind. I have a large back and front garden, with a small drive and gates. I would stay here forever and never move it is that nice here, but I was only meant to be moving here as a way up to Brampton. My family are moving to Brampton and I must keep to the plan of eventually moving there.I will miss the town and market really badly, if you are a shopperholic then you seriously need to move here. I am a 7 min walk from a large Somerfield and Newsagents. You can also get the bus to Rossington shops where they also have a market some days and other general shops. There is also a small Tesco and a Netto here in Rossington. I find it lovely and quite here and there is definitely not any troublesome people living near me, thank goodness! The property is also on the councils list for new Double glazing, new front and back doors and a new kitchen and bathroom.

    Location: Doncaster Hello & thanxs 4 taking time 2 read my add, i live in the lovely village of West Bessacarr Doncater in south yorkshire with my 5 lovely children my cats and dog. I have a 4 bed (mid)terraced house with downstairs extention( which WAS SPECIALLY MADE IN TO A bedroom).Im a middle terraced house, front is paved(fancy brick) - Herringbone type design,and the same with the back both have hoses & security lights back & front .I have a sky satalite dish and an outside ariel also attached.Hedges(all mine) beautiful trees as middle features in front also, at back, private stocked garden at back NOT OVERLOOKED and in the back yard the fence to the left hand side is just my responsibility its all concrete kick boards anyway. CAR PARKING FACILITIES AROUND THE CLOSE & OUTSIDE THE HOUSE as there are quiet a few car parks situated around.(no garages 2 park cars.Large threw livingroom with phone socketts/internet/ & all double electric socketts recently re-wired. Kitchen dinner quite big with newly fitted kitchen with (slide in) partitions(fixed) for washing machine tumble dryer & dishwasher, new italian stone flooring& slate tiles on wall cream/ charcoal ,& wooden flooring throughout the whole of the first floor.Like stated1 bedroom downstairs in the main extention very cosy & just been re-decorated cream/choc-brown. Downstairs w/c( walk-in-electric -shower) is also a wet room marble italian black tiled flooring. All tiled wallls, double doored wheel-chair access approved.3 bedrooms upstairs ,fairly good sized, 1 landing storage cubboard (where boiler is situated & a little storage within that space 2)plus 2 airing cubboards in the bathroom and another shower(over the bath). Attic good sized BUT cannot stand-up fully though quite big.Recently lagged and air conditioning system in there(air humidifyer) to give free air flow.Local bus route every 20 mins to town centre. Local facilities are schools, airport , and in walking distance is the gps surgery, coop,chemist, dry-cleaners, library, vets another kebab,takeaway hairdressers,cooplands,(beauty & travel bliss,)newsagents, chemist D.I.Y.shop,vets.church, take-aways(2) and pubs (2).Halifax propertys. There also potterick carr nature reserve on the doorstep and abundent fields and parks, asda and town centre park & ride, racecourse,dome and lakeside shopping centre close also.The rent is £69 a week and its a housing association. Im looking 4 areas like (WHEATLEY HILLS) doncaster,( INTAKE, )(SANDRINGHAM ROAD,) (TOWN FIELDS,)( CLAYLANE/KIRK-SANDALL,)( CANTLY )even( NEWARK,)( BAWTRY )and (LINCOLNSHIRE,)( DERBYSHIRE)( ,EAST YORKSHIRE)(DEVON, PLYMOUTH)(ROTHERHAM)(farm/cottage farm) to rent. So theres an abundance of different areas which i will consider NOT just Doncaster.Would also be interested in a cottage farm as a swap, any area considered. Must be a 3/4 bed house or a big styled 4 bed with large garden enough for 5 children please.Near shops/bus route is a must plus schools.As i DONT drive. Animals allowed. Good neighbourhood watch schemes in place here.This village is a quite and very much sort-after area 2 live in.This is a housing association house (with RIGHTS TO BUY in place).Its just not big enough for us!
