Hi i desperatly need a 2 bed in areas of easy location of cheshunt,(epping loughton chigwell) and (woodford green high beech, upshire) no built up areas please. Would like to be by woods or open land.
I am offering a 3 bed semi-det house with driveway, close to all amenities (10-15 min walk either way).Lovely clean beaches and broads.Excellent schools within walking distance (a sports college at end of road). Lovely neighbours. New wooden flooring downstairs.Seperate dining room.All painted in neutral colours.
I am only moving to be near my children/grandchildren as i am so far away at moment. If i could take the house with me i would, but it is too big for me now.

We have a 3 bedroom house which is an end terrace (row of three). We have one neighbour next to us.
The house is a housing association property and is approximately 15 years old. The rent is currently £104 per week and the council tax is Band B.
New UPVC double glazed windows were fitted at the end of March 2008.
We have lived here since January 1998 and have happily raised our 4 children here.
We have a drive at the side of the house which holds our caravan and 2 cars.
There is also side gate access to the rear garden.
The front garden is small and open planned. We have bushes around the edge.
As you enter through the front door, into the hall, to your left is a downstairs cloakroom (WC) next on the left is the kitchen, which is in our opinion a decent size and houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and separate larder freezer.
Directly facing the front door is the lounge/diner. There is a built in cupboard which is ideal for storing hovers etc. We have a large leather 3 piece suite and a dining room table for 6.
This is a nice sized room and has french doors leading out to the garden which has a patio, grassed, and barked area with a small pond.
From the hall the stairs lead up to 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, airing cupboard and loft access.
Bedroom 1 is double with double built in cupboards, bedroom 2 is also a double with a single built in cupboard, which could be used as a wardrobe or shelved as we have it at the moment.
Bedroom 3 is basically a box room, but is not too small. There is a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
The airing cupboard is big and has lots of storage space.
The bathroom is of an average size and has a bath, sink and WC.
There is a large loft.
We are a 2 minute drive from the beach and 5 minutes to the town centre.
We have the usual superstores here plus a market.
The train station is a 5 minute drive and has direct links to London.
Colchester is approximately 20 minutes by car.
There are good links there by train or bus.
We are looking to move to Suffolk/Norfolk as our children will be going to college there this September.
We would prefer a property with a dining room and open fires.

beautiful cotswolds
i have a very nice ground floor flat,in a block of four.
it has a nice front and back garden suitable for a dog,all enclosed and safe.i have all of the front garden and half of the back,upstairs have the other half of the back.
it has a nice size bedroom,bathroom with bath,hallway,lovely new fitted kitchen,and good size lounge.
in the mornings i get the sun on the front of the property,and sun on the back in the afternoons.
new double glazing,windows are lovely and big so a lot of light comes though into the flat.
gas central heating,just been decorated,and carpets cleaned.
we are in a nice and quite cul de sac,there is a little school down the road,a good bus service into town.doctors etc not far away.
we are in stroud,area of uplands,gloucestershire.
i would like a flat in suffolk,as i would like to be closer to my family

brighton by the sea
We have a large 2 bedroom flat lounge kitchen and seperate bathroom and toilet and a very large hallway which is like another room.It is on the 4th floor in a block of 8. The flat over looks the Brighton Marina and looks to the sea. It is a few minutes from Brighton racecourse where there are many lovely walks. We have a dog so would like some where we can have her. There is a very good bus service. Hospital is only 1 mile away on bus route. Many schools and Doctors surgeries. In good decorative order with new carpets in some rooms. Town centre is about 10 minutes on the bus.
We would like flat or house or bungalow we dont mind.
