Non estate acquired house. Excellent transport links - Bus Stop 2 mins walk, Tram Stop - 5 mins walk. Central Croydon is 20 min on bus, 5 min on tram/car & 30 min walk. Lovely Neighbours - no parking restrictions. Through Lounge, 1st b/room-12'X 14'6", 2nd b/room-14'3" X 8'. Garden is appx 15' X 30'. Gutted that have to move But as family has grown we need larger house. Will do serious multi swaps
