Disabled ladyy seeking to move to Ipswich, Suffolk
Hello. My name is Suzie. I am the sister of the lady that needs an exchange to Ipswich where I live.
My sisters Bungalow if fully equipped for a disabled /wheelchair bound person. It has the special shower, electric hoists, wide doorways, Brand new kitchen... 4 weeks old, including a new floor to boot. There is a good size parking space to accomodate 2/3 cars. A covered area/carport directly outside the rear exit from the property.
Open plan kitchen/living room. A spacious master bedroom with built in wardrobes. A small spare room. Fully equipped shower room. It has a small garden to the front of the property and a reasonable garden to the rear. The rent and council tax are approximate as I do not have the details with me ATM. The area that my sister lives is a disabled housing complex. Quiet and designed for the residents.
I am desperate to get my sister to Ipswich as she is a double stroke victim and is not getting the care that I feel she needs being so far away. I am willing to explore all possibilities.
My sister does however need somewhere that is adapted for a dissabled person.

we have a 2 bed e o t house edge of estate in tonbridge with d/g and gch. property comprises of 2 double bedrooms bathroom with loo and bath, downstairs is a living room and a kitchen/diner. everything has been recently redecorated and kitchen/diner has been moderised recently. outside we have an enclosed back garden and gated driveway for two cars with small front garden.
local amenities 2 minutes walk away which include post office decent size co op papershop take aways hair dressers etc. infant, junior schools are about 5 minutes walk and senior school near by, on excellant bus route, main town about 30 mins away 35 miles from london.
we need 2 bed bungalow within 10 - 20 miles of hailsham east sussex, must have flat access with off road parking, d/g, gch. good size rooms and garden. we do not mind how rural it is.
need to move nearer family for support as we are both disabled
