Upstairs the bathroom and toilet are separate and has a new suite. There are 3 bedrooms - one very large, one double size and a single size (8'x10). The primary school is about 30 yards away. There is a chippy, indian takeaway, tesco express, local shop, pet shop, post office, pub all about 50 yards from my house. The town centre and sea front is 4 miles away and the buses run every 10 mins until 6pm then every 20 mins till 11.30 pm. I would like to exchange for a 3/4 bedroom council or housing association house in Bidford-on-Avon.
